The Curriculum

At Venta, we offer an enriched and challenging academic program that follows the Ontario Ministry of Education and Training Guidelines.  Our curriculum and programming is also inspected by the Ministry on a biannual basis. In addition, music and physical education required courses for all students, up to and including grade 10. Teachers are mandated to expand on and enhance the program of study according to your child's needs.   The teaching of essential research methodology and study is integrated into each subject.  

We believe that it is most important to teach children how to learn and to give them a love of learning. The formation of good work habits and methods of learning is essential. We will work with your child to help him or her become a motivated and responsible learner.

Only in small classes and with teachers who understand your child's personality, can he or she feel secure and develop his or her potential to the fullest.  Venta gives its students the challenge of mental and emotional growth by encouraging not only the acquisition of knowledge and skills, but also the cultivation of the thinking process, the nurturing of wisdom, discipline of will-power and the desire to learn.
