Every lunch and dinner includes soup and salad.
Boarder brunches (Sat. and Sun.) and breakfast include meat, potato, pancakes, waffles, French toast or eggs and fruit.
On Saturday and Sunday, boarders have a mid-afternoon snack while on their outing.
During the week, all students receive a daily fruit snack at 4:15 p.m.
