In September 2004, Daphne started at Venta in the Language Lab tutoring students. In January 2005 she became the office Administrative Assistant. Daphne grew up in Chibougamau, Quebec on the military base with her parents, her brother and three sisters. Upon graduating high school, she continued her education in St. Lawrence College in Ste. Foy, Quebec. She worked for a few years in the office at St. Lawrence College, then moved to Ottawa. She worked for 15 tears in a prominent law firm, then decided to stay home with her son Shawn. Shawn is a student at Venta and has been since he was in Grade 1.

Daphne enjoys her job at Venta very much and she spends her free time exercising, and spending time with her son and husband.
